The purpose of the training course is to teach the students the issues of cyberspace security and maximum protection; to introduce threats in cyberspace; Sources and types of their production. to discuss the measures implemented at the international and regional level in order to protect the cyberspace; To study the regulatory framework of cyber security and discuss the mentioned issue on the example of international practice (USA, Great Britain, Estonia, France, Germany). to generally review the cyber security policies and strategies of EU member states; General principles and recommendations.
